Central Office Production Orders, or COPO Chevelles, were barebones production models stripped to only the essentials, but
with huge big-block powerhouses crammed under the hood. Only a well-informed Chevy buyer knew these cars even existed. From
the outside, there were no distinct markings, stripes or badging to announce the COPO’s arrival at the stop light. Once the light turned green, it could destroy a quarter mile in 13.3 seconds at 108mph— directly off the assembly line with no further mods.
This is a 1:18 replica of a special-order Red COPO Chevelle. Behind the grille’s blue bowtie, you’ll find a perfectly detailed 427 cu. in. big block motor.
