History
Wild West means different things to everyone, but for this Fun Pack, it refers to the United States west of the Mississippi River, and it includes the grasslands and desert biomes, the arid to semi-arid areas of the west. Wild horses and Bison do still roam the grasslands, and rattlesnakes and scorpions are common in the desert. The Golden Eagle is a southwest hunter. While the wolf once ranged over two-thirds of the United States, it lives only in small pockets today, although the species has made an impressive comeback and is now considered stable in some areas.
